Overhauling is performed both on Customer-owned machines and machinery directly purchased by MAST (also at the request of its Customers) on the international used machinery market.

The consolidated overhaul procedure consists of several standard processing phases:

• Complete disassembly of the used machine
• Replacement of any damaged, worn or nonconforming parts
• Sanding and painting of machine parts
• Replacement of original commercial components with cutting-edge products: abb, bonfiglioli, festo, poggi, elesa, skf, ina, omron and/or siemens, beker;
• Design of a new electric system complete with PLC
• Installation of touch screen monitors for the

• Factory testing

Installation of safety features MAST overhauled machines are completed by:

• Declaration of Conformity to European Directives: 98/37/EC – 89/336/EEC - 73/23/EEC.
• Installation and testing on Customer premises
• 12-month “Full-Risk” warranty
